I started Executive Source LTC because I saw a need to connect providers with leaders that make a difference for those we serve.

Thirty-five years of experience in Senior Living operations with twenty-five years managing multiple centers. Thoughtful leader influencing others to continually innovate and improve the outcomes for those we serve. Past positions include Executive Director, Area Director, Director of Operations, and Regional Vice-President. Operating centers in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, and Tennessee. Experience leading Independent Living, Assisted Living, Personal Care, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. Passion for serving our seniors and leading and developing other leaders to deliver both clinically and financially. Deeply committed to creating work environments that are both fun and focused on the achievements of key metrics.
